Adrian is Strawganic's expert in strategic company building and finance. He knows his stuff in this area. For his former employer, he and his team are currently building a new company unit with more than 1,000 employees - including production facilities - in less than six months.

Olivia, on the other hand, is the creative head of Strawganic. She is responsible for marketing and product design. She is inspired by her travels to Asia, where she has often gained insight into the impact of massive pollution on populations and ecosystems.
